On February 23, 2010,  Judges Training was held  at Virginia Ave Garden Council Hdqtrs, taught by  Wally & Zelma Neef. The following members took the Class and passed the Test: Jack Bernatz Joyce Comingore Bonnie Hall Charlotte Harff Frank Heffernan (*) Nancy Kopp (*) Ann Lloyd Barbara Oster (*) Wanda Schmoyer, Senior Judge (*) Bill Wollschlager (*)  Now Classified   as Judges after having observed at  three (3) Shows as required.
